“I was paddling up the Passy River. I had my good camera with me, which is actually a rare thing for me to do. I came across this couple, rowing this absolutely beautiful boat...We spoke. They had built her, and this was her maiden voyage. I felt very blessed to come across such a beautiful site, and they were delighted that I happened upon them with camera in hand.”

To frame or not to frame: I have taken the answer to that question out of your hands. This painting is framed .

I design and make my own frames. All are ash, which I painted white. This frame is 1.25” deep, and adds a little under 2” to the width and height. A sample of the frame is shown below.
